Maintenance
Wash the Lymphy Groove Pad before first use.
Rinse with warm water and add a few drops of fragrance-free, oil-free cleanser.
Massage the pad gently, then rinse thoroughly. Wrap in a towel (travel towel included) and press to remove excess water.
